Hey, you can fill empty cartridges with fountain pen ink and have the world of color at your fingertips. There's a great video over at The Goulet Pen Company showing how to do it step by step (no affiliation; just a happy customer). Basically you rinse the empty cartridge clean, then use a syringe to fill it with whatever ink you want, then put it back on the pen.
